Last year, friends of mine got married in a music festival ceremony, which was aptly titled, Festimony - A Celebration of Love + Music. Being professional musicians, they were able to pull out all of the stops to put on a righteous show at their bandmate’s property in Central Washington. It was my honor to collaborate with the bride and groom to produce their invitation suite and print collateral, including an event flyer, postcards, and perforated tickets.

The overlapping hearts are a simple motif to add color, texture, and movement against bold typography.

Van Der Lichaam Aromatherapy 

This set of perfume bottles, along with a box of perfume vials, are inspired by the Victorian cabinet of curiosities. Each essence combination coordinates with the physiological property of the anatomy illustrated.

jasmine + sandalwood fragrance is geared toward romance and is contained in a bottle featuring an anatomical heart illustration.

rosemary + bergamot fragrance is blended to improve metal clarity and is contained in a bottle featuring a brain illustration.

eucalyptus + lemon fragrance is specified to improve respiratory health and is contained in a bottle featuring an illustration of a pair of lungs. 

Additionally, each featured essence absolute (jasmine, sandalwood, rosemary, bergamot, eucalyptus, and lemon) is offered in individual vials to facilitate layering and personalization.

This packaging project has been featured on the Dieline packaging blog and in international design magazines; Choi's Gallery and Formes De Luxe.

AromaPendant

 During my time at All Natural Botanicals, I worked closely with the company president to design new and innovative home and personal fragrance products. I spent most of my creative energy developing the AromaPendant, which features of a ceramic disk tucked inside a leather pocket. Essential oil is applied to the ceramic, locking in fragrance for hours. I created the prototype for this product. My original drawings were used to create the center motif images of the unglazed ceramic disk. I also had a hand in choosing the pendant pocket colors and other materials. I created the prototypes for the jewelry designs as well.

I also helped engineer the die-cuts and created all of the graphics for the product packaging (this includes hanging packs, pillow packs, and gift boxes, and product display options). I was responsible for the layout, design and photography for the catalogs, posters, promotional materials, and website. I also developed HTML / CSS of the website and digital marketing for this product.
